OUR STORY

This candle collection was created to connect teenagers with a calming product meant especially for them. Over the pandemic, I read one too many stories of teens who were unable to work through their emotions and see a brighter future. Those children committed suicide.

After many nights of crying for these angels, I knew I needed to help others find a way to recalibrate before it was too late. When suffering from my own mental health issues, one thing my therapist said that always stuck with me was, “Take it 10 mins at a time".

Sometimes we get to a point where we feel like we can’t move forward. In these moments, taking a short time out can help happy thoughts combat the bad. All it takes is 10 short minutes.

Doing this gives our minds a chance to be reminded of the small joys in life and regain a sense of peace. We sincerely hope our candles and self-care products can do the same for you.
